Motherhood is one of the most beautiful and challenging experiences women face. While it can be a time of great joy, it can also be exhausting, overwhelming, demanding and overstimulating.

I am passionate about treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, as I believe maternal mental health is the foundation of a happy, healthy, functioning home. As a working mother myself, I have a unique perspective on the mental load and day to day struggles and pressures that come along with modern parenting. I specialize in working with new, expecting, and seasoned mothers who feel anxious, burned out and depleted. I also have expertise in infertility, pregnancy loss and child loss. I enjoy creating a safe space for women to slow down, process their feelings, and get the support they need.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and practice in the state of Oregon. I graduated from Pacific University in 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Portland State University in 2012. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy practices. When I am not at work, you can find me chasing after my two young children. We love going to park, singing, dancing, baking, and snuggling up on the couch.

If you would like to learn more, please reach out to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your specific needs. I am available for individual therapy sessions Monday through Thursday, from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
